Anantha Agasthya is the Principal Facilitator. He had held the position of Executive Director at HAL Management Academy with distinction and had been felicitated with the Corporate Guru award by International School of Business and Research, Bangalore. He is a hands-on practitioner of management and a versatile faculty in Executive Development programs. He is a great synthesizer of management theory and practice and a valued Career Counsellor.
Anantha graduated in mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Chennai and later received the Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. He has worked in MNCs and Public Sector corporations. He has experience and valuable insights into Production and Operations Management, Supply chain development, Project Management, Quality Management, Knowledge Management, Lean and Six Sigma, Influencing skills, Risk Management, Strategic thinking and Corporate Decision making.
Anantha has developed several people with capabilities in these fields and led the HAL Management Academy to make a lasting impact on the Management landscape and mindset of the next generations of leaders. He has led several workshops using the Learning Theatre medium to transform people’s awareness of themselves.
His experiences in Tanzania at Carnaudmetalbox Tanzania (now Nampak, a leader in the industry in Africa) in revitalizing an industry and understanding cultural issues in management have enriched his career with a blend of the Technical and Social side of enterprises. He has also created a strong Industry-Academia network in the Aeronautics field in India. Anantha has been a valued speaker, faculty and teacher at IIM Bangalore, Naval Quality Assurance Service, Kochi, Airforce Technical College, Bangalore and several other institutions besides HAL.
Anantha practices Yoga and plays the Bansuri for his relaxation, having learnt the art from renowned gurus Late Pandit Raghunath Seth and Guru Pundalika Shenoy.

Mr. T Sudhakar Rao is a leading HR professional who was Executive Director HR at HAL’s Corporate Office. In over 4 decades of career, he has seen the Personnel Management field evolve through a Sigmoid transformation into HR. He is a keen observer of people and is keen in mentoring people. He brought in several HR initiatives into HAL such as Competency Mapping, Assessment Centres for leadership behaviors, sustained expanding opportunities for Technology specialists to study in Post Graduate courses for aeronautics and management related courses in India and abroad. He is a risk taker who leads from the front. He has a sharp understanding of Industrial laws and corporate decision making. He is a keen follower of classical music and heritage arts and has encouraged several people in Koraput, in Orissa. He believes in working with the big picture and can open up discussions on various conflicting issues.

Shri Laxmi Ganapathy is a multi-faceted person who has entered the world of Theatre after an Engineering degree. He has demonstrated his talents through acting in Theatre and films and has also developed into a Yoga and martial arts teacher. He has grasped the medium of Learning Theatre and taught in IIM Kozhikode and Indore. He has several S curve developments in his career.

Ms Kasturi Goswami is a BA LLB from Calcutta University with experience in theatre from Nandikar, Kolkata and in Tamil theatre group Nisha, Chennai. She has trained children on theatre techniques. She has also performed in National School of Drama's Bharat Rang Mahotsav. She is very deeply grounded in Learning Theatre approach. She also teaches Yoga.

Mr. Bharat Kanojia is the Executive Director Commercial and is a veteran of the precision Horological industry. He has hands on business background in Chemical, Insurance and Arts. He has numismatics as his hobby and can relieve people of aches with his acupressure techniques. He is a great and committed organizer with a never-die spirit which is an inspiration for many people. He has an understanding of the Sigmoid Curve with his own career in which the first part was fully invested into the horological industry which metamorphosed into the electronics based industry.
